Inventory information

Our inventory changes from day to day and we cannot guarantee that a product listed as “in stock” will be shipped immediately as we do not keep all of our merchandise in our warehouse. Due to simultaneous ordering, in rare circumstances a product may be “in stock” when you place your order but then sold out by the time your order is processed. Any purchased items that are out of stock will be shipped to you immediately when we receive them from the manufacturer.


Backorders

When a product is out of stock, we will send you an email to arrange whether you would like Red Sex Shop to refund your payment, or if you would prefer us to ship the product to you as soon as it is back in stock (with no additional shipping charge).


Customs and Import Duties Information

Customers may have to pay additional import taxes and duties once a product reaches their country. You must pay any additional charges that arise from customs clearance, as Red Sex Shop accepts no responsibility for these charges, as they cannot be predicted. Contact your local customs office for further information as customs policies vary from country to country.
