What are your current payment methods?

Red Sex Shop currently uses Paypal to ensure that all payments are secure and all transactions are safe and easy to process. Customers who do not hold a Paypal account can still make purchases using this payment method.


Are Red Sex Shop’s adult products available outside Australia?

Our products are currently only available to be purchased and shipped within Australia.


Is everything that I see on Red Sex Shop in stock?

All of the products on Red Sex Shop are in stock and available to be purchased. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances such as simultaneous ordering, there may be rare occasions where your order is not available. Should this occur then Red Sex Shop will inform you of the error and we can either let you know when your item is in stock again, send it to you as soon as it is in stock, or offer you a refund.

Do you offer an anonymous and discrete delivery service?

Yes, all of our products are shipped in either a plain box or bubble pouch. Red Sex Shop will not appear on the packaging or on your credit card statement, instead “WebMerchant” will appear on both the shipping label and your credit card statement.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Red Sex Shop delivers to Australian PO Boxes only.


What are the delivery charges?

Orders over $150 will receive free standard shipping within Australia with Australia Post. For orders under $150, Red Sex Shop charges a flat rate of $14.50.


Will Red Sex Shop inform me of the progress of my order?

Once you have placed your order with Red Sex Shop, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you supplied. You should receive this email a few minutes after placing your order, if you do not then please check your junk mail folders. We will also send another email to you once your order has been dispatched. If any issues arise regarding your order then we may contact you via email if necessary.


Can I place an order over the phone?

Not yet. Red Sex Shop recognises that ordering via the internet is the fastest and safest method of ordering from our online store.

Are sex toys safe to use?

Absolutely! Sex toys are 100% safe as long as you follow the instructions carefully and use them only for the purpose that they are intended.


Are there any sex toys that are designed to be used underwater, such as in the shower, bath or pool?


Yes, there are lots. Make sure that you check the label to ensure that it clearly states that the toy is designed to be used in water. You should bear in mind that many pools and hot tubs contain chemicals that could potentially damage your sex toy, so even though the toy says it is waterproof, it is not chemical proof. It is best to store your toys in a dry and secure place where they won’t be moved around too much. If you remove the batteries when you store them then they will last much longer.


Faulty returns

Red Sex Shop accepts all returns if the goods are faulty. Before returning your faulty product, check that the batteries are fully charged and inserted correctly as this is often the cause of the problem. It is best to insert some heavy-duty fresh batteries to test your product with before concluding that it is faulty.

After checking the batteries, if you are still having problems with your purchase then please contact Red Sex Shop via email or phone so that we can organise a return authorisation for you, provide any assistance and arrange a replacement to be sent out to you if necessary. Red Sex Shop values its customers and our returns policy reflects our commitment to providing a great service for our consumers.


If I change my mind can I return the toys that I purchased?

Due to health and hygiene issues, we are not able to accept any returns if the packaging has been opened, as these products cannot be resold. Our customers are our priority and for that reason we are not able to accept unpackaged returns as we cannot guarantee that the product has not been used or tested. Most of our products come in sealed packaging so that customers can recognise if they have been opened already.

Products that are returned in sealed packaging that has not been tampered with will be accepted for a refund or an exchange.

Please note that Red Sex Shop will not pay the postage cost of your return.

Unfortunately, customers cannot exchange costumes, corsets and lingerie if they change their mind. This is for the health and wellbeing of our customers.
